Italian selection for 2011 Oscars

Paolo Virzì’s La Prima Cosa Bella, has reached the list of movies to be selected for nomination as Best Foreign Film at the next Academy Awards, or Oscars, next year.

The family saga stretching over four decades was a big box office hit in Italian cinemas last season and received several awards including the prestigious David di Donatello.
